and quadrupling its work force, primarily due to its cornerstone
philosophy of exceeding customer expectations for quality

Now
extended beyond marine engines to supplying coolers for stationary
industrial engines, recreational vehicles, heavy trucks and
off-road equipment.
• Summer of 2004
Champ Industries
relocated its entire design, sales, management and manufacturing operations to
the present 68,000 sq. ft. facility.

Champ Products has been custom designing
and manufacturing quality heat transfer equipment since
being founded in 1964 in Plainview, New York. Since
then Champ Products has distinguished itself as a leader
in the heat transfer industry by providing custom solutions
to the most complex heating problems.
Throughout every facet of Champ Industries'
operations, quality and service are paramount. Our goal

Champ Industries is fully committed to ongoing

Champ Products operates from a 68,000
square foot facility in Sarasota, Florida and is proud

Marine
– Champ Industries has designed cooling packages
for this special application include fuel coolers, lubrication
oil coolers and transmission oil coolers. The boating
industry, both recreational and commercial, continues
to grow making the demand for these customized heat
exchangers expand with it – an enormous growth
potential for Champ Products.
Heavy-Duty
Vehicles and Powertrain – Champ Industries'
design engineers have worked closely with many of the
world’s largest manufacturers of engines and power
trains and numerous city transit authorities to develop,
prototype and produce a huge variety of customized and
standard transmission oil coolers. These coolers are
used in a variety of equipment such as fire trucks,
airport ground support apparatus, overland freight haulers,
giant earth movers and specialized cleaning machinery.
Big engines need superior heat exchangers and Champ Industries
is the heat exchanger of choice.
Custom
Vehicle – A significant portion of Champ Industries'
expanding business are transmission oil coolers for
use in recreational vehicles such as minibuses, airport
jitneys and luxury motor homes. We use the most advanced
materials and manufacturing processes which have resulted
in enhanced vehicle performance, reduced downtime and
avoidance of expensive warranty adjustments which had
previously existed. Due to the growth of this industry,
the world’s leading manufacturers of transport
and touring vehicles have placed increased demand on
Champ Products for specialized cooling equipment, which
we are now fulfilling with outstanding results.
Industrial Heat Exchangers – Champ Industries'
heavy-duty Series A and BAS heat exchangers are in stock
and ready for immediate delivery in a variety of sizes.
These heat exchangers are specified by many leading
manufacturers and distributors of air compression equipment,
plastics and packaging machinery, solvent recovery systems
and irrigation pump packages.
